Building Strong Foundations

We are helping families face life’s challenges while guiding them through their everyday needs. Through job readiness services, caring for the well-being of at-risk children and youth and providing training for foster/adoptive families, we are dedicated to support you in building a strong foundation.

Our APM CUA works to improve the safety, stability, and well-being of the children and families in the 24th and 26th police districts. We are responsible for the safety of children and security of families, with an aim to improve outcomes for those children and families that need it most.
We increase connections between neighborhood resources (e.g.-Diaper Bank & Cradles to Crayons) and parents, providing the necessary tools to manage their children’s behaviors in order to prevent families and children from entering/remaining in the child welfare system.
For questions or concerns contact (267) 317-2294, or visit our office at 1900 N. 9th Street.
For urgent matters or to contact us after hours, call us at 1-855-999-1276.
Early childhood is a time of play and exploration, and most importantly, a time for children to learn. At our Early Childhood Education centers, we offer affordable high quality childcare in Eastern North Philadelphia. APM is home to four of Pennsylvania’s top-rated childcare centers. We provide dual-language immersion and high-quality curriculum that instills confidence, curiosity and a love of learning in the early years. Discover what high quality Pre-K and Headstart programs can do for your child as they prepare for Kindergarten.
We are currently enrolling children. Contact APM at a center in your area:
