Behavioral Health


APM maintains two behavioral health clinics delivering professional, culturally sensitive treatment and prevention services to more than 2,000 City residents without geographic restriction. All services offer bilingual diagnoses and treatment for our community’s mental health issues.

Treatment is provided through individual, family and group therapy and child play therapy in an outpatient setting. Clinical services include an array of psychotherapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychiatric intervention. We are currently offer evidence based practices for conduct disorder children and their families, ages 2-7 with our Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). We are a Sanctuary Model Agency with our staff and program participants and throughout the Behavioral Health programs. For acute or critical mental and emotional problems, psychiatric evaluation and carefully monitored medication plans are also available. Our clinical staff is bilingual and multi-cultural. We provide translation services to individuals who speak Spanish only.

APM Mental Health provides the following specific services:

  • Medication Monitoring
  • Couples Counseling
