APM’s health services department consists of four behavioral health clinics. We deliver a professional, culturally sensitive, and multilingual treatment and prevention services to individuals diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders. Our services are individualized and person-centered for all participants. We use evidence-based practice treatment modalities to treat and assist in recovery from Mood Disorder, Psychosis disorder, Autism Spectrum disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Conduct and Substance use, and other related disorders.

Our services are available in individual, family, couple, and group therapy in our outpatient setting. Clinical services include an array of psychotherapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and supportive therapy. We are a Sanctuary Model Agency offering a safe therapeutic environment for our staff and program participants.

APM maintains two behavioral health clinics delivering professional, culturally sensitive treatment and prevention services to more than 2,000 City residents without geographic restriction. All services offer bilingual diagnoses and treatment for our community’s mental health issues.

APM Mental Health provides the following specific services:

  • Individual Therapy
  • Family and Group Therapy
  • Evidence-Based Medication treatment
  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions
  • Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Psychiatric Evaluations & Intervention
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Couples Counseling
APM provides treatment through individual, family, group therapy and child play therapy in an outpatient setting.
APM provides intensive and regular outpatient services to individuals, and group therapy for people with a history of substance abuse. Our staff is bilingual, culturally sensitive, and ready to meet the specific needs of individuals.
APM Support service programs provide long-term help to the homeless by providing housing assistance and services that provide the tools necessary for successful independent living. APM also has a limited number of housing options for individuals diagnosed with co-occurring disorders, including substance abuse, mental health, and/or HIV/AIDS.
