APM offers a wide array of financial literacy education, including:

  • budgeting
  • debt reduction
  • credit repair
  • foreclosure counseling
  • predatory lending counseling
  • money management

Our housing counseling staff includes a certified realtor, enabling us to help you in every aspect of the homeownership process. From 2011-14, APM’s housing counseling has also provided foreclosure counseling to 267 households with an 80% successful resolution rate. No homes purchased through APM have been foreclosed on.
