APM offers delinquency counseling, help with credit repair and savings, and provides consumer education on predatory lending practices for homebuyers with credit problems. APM also offers counseling on landlord/tenant disputes, and foreclosure assistance.

Pre-Purchase Counseling enables you as a future homeowner to determine if you are ready to purchase a home and develops a personal plan to do so. Our bilingual housing counselors help families and individuals navigate the pre- and post-purchase process.
