COVID-19 Response & Vaccine Clinic

We take the health and safety of our entire APM family very seriously.

APM is now offering a COVID-19 vaccine clinic every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 4221 N. 2nd Street. You can sign up for an appointment time here. Walk-up vaccine appointments are also available.

COVID-19 has tested us in ways we never could have anticipated. Since the first lockdowns and our partial reopening in August, we’ve worked tirelessly to connect those we serve to vital resources and information. Above all else, we are inspired by the power of our community and staff when we work together to uplift others.

Our goal is to ensure that all essential services continue and that employees and clients alike feel safe in our spaces. APM regularly cleans our buildings as well as objects and areas that are frequently used, such as restrooms, conference rooms, door handles, break rooms, elevators and railings. All employees were required to successfully complete a COVID-19 training, and those who must report to work in person have their temperature tested on a daily basis.

If you are visiting any APM office, building or facility, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Visitors, clients and employees are required to wear a face mask covering their mouth and nose at all times.
  • Social distancing must be maintained (minimum of six feet apart from others) on APM premises.
  • Please do not enter our premises if you are ill and/or experiencing the following symptoms: Fever, chills, shortness of breath, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and/or loss of taste or smell. Employees who report to work with some or all of these symptoms will be sent home in accordance with this policy and will be asked to quarantine for 14 days.

We acknowledge the unpredictability of this situation and the concern that accompanies that. We will monitor information from the City and the CDC in order to better address this moving forward and will provide updates accordingly. APM remains OPEN to serve our community during this difficult time. Our department directory has been updated to reflect our new hours due to COVID-19 changes. Some facilities have limited hours or are closed for the time being.
