Building Dynamic Neighborhoods

APM focuses on improving quality of life issues in the communities we serve by creating dynamic social, economic, and environmental changes. We work together with the community in building a dynamic neighborhood.

Food Buying Club (FBC)

The Food Buying Club offers the highest quality fruits and vegetables for the lowest price with NO membership fees. You can buy what you want when you want with several pick-up locations throughout our community. On average, $25 could buy you 35 lbs. of food leaving more money in your pocket to use toward other bills and needs.
If you have questions or would like to join the Food Buying Club, contact: (267) 296-7350, or visit our office at 1900 N. 9th Street.

Commercial Development

Since 1989, APM has physically transformed North Philadelphia by addressing the community’s needs for healthy food and financial services. We have developed everything from low-income housing to market rate rentals. More recently, APM developed Paseo Verde, the first triple-LEED Platinum building in the United States.
For more information contact (267) 296-7305, or visit our office at 600 W. Diamond Street.

Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC)

Do you want to have a say in what gets built in your community? Join us every fourth Tuesday of the month to help address community concerns.
For more information contact (267) 296-7215, or visit our office at 600 W. Diamond Street.

Sustainable Communities Initiative

The Eastern North Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI) strives to make the community one of the safest and healthiest in the city. With a network of local partners, APM supports these ongoing efforts by conducting regular community meetings, and providing outreach through our Community Connectors program.
For more information contact (215) 235-6070, or visit our office at 600 W. Diamond Street.
