Family & Children’s Services
We’re committed to improving the safety, stability and well-being of children and families. APM’s Community Umbrella Agency (APM-CUA) is responsible for supporting those living in the 24th and 26th Police Districts under Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services (DHS). We develop connections to formal and informal neighborhood networks and make local resources more accessible to strengthen and stabilize the families we serve.
Learning opens new doors and creates unbelievable possibilities. At our Early Childhood Education Centers, we provide the foundation for children’s future academic success, health and well-being to help them thrive for the rest of their lives. We nurture young learners to become future leaders by promoting cultural, cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in our classrooms.
We can help you make your life goals a reality. APM offers a range of counseling and workshops on employment, benefit enrollment and other supports. Need another pair of eyes to take a look at your resume or cover letter? Want to know more about the basics of budgeting and reducing debt? How about English as a Second Language (ESL) or computer and financial literacy? We’ve got you covered.
Pradera Corporation, a subsidiary of APM, has a longstanding history within the child welfare community of providing high-quality, holistic and trauma-informed services.
