Born on February 15, 1996, and raised deep in the heart of Philadelphia’s Badlands and Kensington & Allegheny, Johncarlos is the definition of grit, creativity, and ambition.
From a young age, Johncarlos was drawn to the art of building — whether it was crafting melodies in the studio or wrenching on engines in the garage. His hands have always been his greatest tools, and his vision has always been bigger than the circumstances he was born into.
Today, Johncarlos is the proud Hispanic owner and Director of Operations at Of All Trades LLC, a rising force in the handyman and construction world. A true jack of all trades, he’s built a reputation for mastering everything he touches — blending craftsmanship, street-smarts, and entrepreneurial fire. Every project he takes on is a reflection of where he’s come from and where he’s going: higher, stronger, unstoppable.

Adrian Read
Adrian Read, also AR, is a Dominican Reggaeton Artist, Musician and Actor living in The Bronx in NYC. During his career as an Actor, Adrian has worked with many commercial brands such as Mcdonald’s, Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Bose, Citizen’s Bank, and has also starred on Netflix’s “Dating Around” as well as Food Networks “The Worst Cook in America”. With the help of his sister Andrilisa Read, Adrian also Self-Published his own book tittled “Working out Life” which delves into his philosophies on developing healhty habits through the lense of a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Spartan Race enthusiast. Lastly Adrian has most recently released first full length Reggaeton album titled “Cartas Para Ti” available on all streaming platforms under his initials “AR”.
Ritmos Unidos Dance Studio
Ritmos Unidos Dance Studio was formed in 2024 by World Champion dancers Jose and Isabel Maldonado with hopes to spread the joy of Latin Music and culture. With over 20 years of teaching and dance experience, Ritmos Unidos Dance Studio is one of the leaders of dance education in the community.
Eliseo Esteban Paiva Rivera
Eliseo Esteban Paiva Rivera. (born March 16, 1994, Lima, Peru) is a Peruvian singer, songwriter, guitarist, music producer, and visual director. He is the lead vocalist, main composer, and founding leader of the indie pop rock band Ellen Pub. He was trained by conservatory professor Jorge Caballero Ruiz (studying classical guitar), who, along with his wife, María Obregón R.I.P. (studying
voice), helped solidify his passion for music. After completing his studies at Emmanuel School of Music, he enrolled at IST Orson Welles to study music production and continued with private piano lessons at the National Conservatory of Music. He also took private vocal lessons with national artists Andrea Martínez and Julio Zabala (vocal coach to Eva Ayllón).
